Joe Shennan

Joe is one of the leading football commentators across UK TV and radio.

With more than a decade of experience, Joe has covered 6 major tournaments for talkSPORT, including all 7 England matches on site at Euro 2025 as the Lionesses became European champions again. He called the Spain v France semi final in Germany at Euro 2024, and was also stationed at the World Cup in Qatar in 2022. Next summer he will be travelling to North America with talkSPORT for the 2026 World Cup

In TV, Joe is one of the leading voices on EFL Championship games for Sky Sports +, and can be heard in the U.S. on CBS. He also commentates on world feed Champions League, Europa League, and Europa Conference League for Gravity, IMG and UEFA. Joe has worked at Wimbledon, commentating on major matches on centre court, and previous credits include BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Final Score.

When not behind the mic, Joe enjoys travelling, particularly his love for travel around the U.S. He is based in North London
